Oh come now. Its not as though they are going to up the authorized and then just put all the shares on the market. IF they are going to up the authorized they are going to give themselves a little breathing room.

And I don't think the company has been hyping. Jack has been forthright about the finances --- the company has some financial problems -- so what's new.

I think 200k of the money needed is to pay off the technology so the FASC can say that they OWN the patents and not just the license to the patents. The technology is promising and the technology cost money.

If the company wanted to screw the shareholders than they would do a convertible or a 20 to 1 reverse. THEN I WOULD SAY I HAVE LOST ALL FAITH -- and I think most of us would be out of here in a heartbeat.

I am hoping that this is 21st century technology -- and that the stock will be worth holding until then -- time WILL tell.
