Glenn, from what do you conclude this? Check this link for after hours activity reported by Quote.com:

Note that there were a number of trades at declining prices after 16:45 (don't know about earlier trades). All are shown as "Form T" trades which, as I understand it, indicates actual "off exchange" trades. Late reports are indicated as such and the only one that appears to be a correction is the 500 shares shown at 16:50:21 at $107 5/8 - it follows a "xncl" of 500 shares at 1/16 lower price, implying that one is a correction of the other. Do you have other information? A link, perchance?
