Barbara---This is a thread of great story tellers, I exchange my experiences with my friends who would like to know certain intimate things which a CNN camera misses, it is these unique fleeting moments like Nathenyahu encounter and todays experiences that I think should be documented on this great story telling thread.It is this unique feature I think is so much important and integral to that global experience we like to have, this thread has seen in last few months birth of nuclear states in South Asia and events like World Cup, we if any thing else make it look happening right on our door step, this is the minimum we can do for our friends. We had another of our friend in Paris 'Steve'last year he told me of his whereabouts on this very same eventful night as I sat writing my late night responses on Idea-- he surprised me by telling me 'Ike are you listening to the fire crackers' little did I realise that Steve was just around the corner in St Germain. We were talking to each other thru net being so close. Thanks Barbara- just a walk down the memory lane-- remembering great friends is always a great fun.
