I have a question that I hope someone or anyone (no pun intended) can help me understand. The published outstanding shares when I entered NTAH in February was 14,765,000. Now It is between 20 mil and 22mil issued (as per IR at Canyon). Now, I was out of touch the end of June because of the passing of my mother, and may have missed an explanation that satisfied my fellow share holders because no one seems to be questioning this. But this increase of shares issued represents a 35% to 50% increase in outstanding shares (Aprox.). To me this would have a significant impact in share price. Maybe at least a partial explanation of current price in spite of good news release and expectations of more. I am still long in NTAH and I still like the developing stripper well story, and looking forward to Matagorda JV, but I am also A little angry that this dilution of my position has not at least been disclosed to shareholders. I am sure that a non- reporting Co. doesn't have to, but it would be a responsible action to shareholders to disclose, with an explanation I think. I understand that some or all of this has been payments to there partners Tower and Pamco, I can understand the possible need for this but i just would like to know.
This may be SOP for penny stocks, I don't know, if I am off base then I am sure that someone will straighten me out.
Share your thoughts please. I still think this is a great mid to long term investment.
