Intel's prayer for relief is pretty standard stuff. Would have startled the FTC only if it had been omitted.

It appears that Intel is asking for "costs" to be assessed, assuming Intel prevails.

I hope Intel includes the "cost" of management's time that is wasted in depositions, defense, etc.

Perhaps Intel shareholders can sue the FTC for interference in free trade !
