If they(MAC)walk MGR might be able to take all as they(MGR) are the main creditor??

What I said was it is possible that all of the groups that have expressed interest in MAC's interest in Bumbat could decide not to counter MAC's asking price. If this happens, then MAC must find another buyer or raise funds from elsewhere to repay their debts.

The value of the Bumbat must be reflected in MGR's share price. As we own more than half the venture, and our current market capitalization is around US$1.3 million, and we have other assets, then MAC's interest in Bumbat must be worth somewhat less than US$1 million (either this or MGR is undervalued). As investors wouldn't make any money paying full value for an investment, one might expect offers to come in somewhat less than US$1 million.

Just a view of what someone may be thinking.
