hey, i voted with my feet. i unsubscribed. here's the real deal. i know of what i speak. tsc's customer service is lame. 2 unanswered emails to their feedback address, then 2 more to cramer, outlining the problem. zip. nothing. so i unsubscribe. then i come in here and post that tsc did me wrong. what does the marketing genius cramer say? not "tell me what the problem is so i can fix it". not, "i'll have someone contact you to straighten it out". nope. he tells me all the reasons he unsheaths (good god, man, are you still a little boy playing war games in your backyard? all this talk of bayonets and hand grenades is odd!) and then says "you are welcome to try us again". now of all the retarded responses, that takes top billing. i am dissatisfied and he invites me back for more. see? the man doesn't get it. he defends himself in war-games terms and misses the whole point. which takes me back to my original point... he will never achieve the lofty goals he sets for tsc because he doesn't take care of his most cherished ally. the customer.
