Yeah, thanks for putting it in a better perspective. I don't know how he could get away with it either. I also don't know how much incentive anyone has to research buy and sell activities on such a small company. I don't know the specifics of his situation, but if he is still under any scrutiny at all, this surely wouldn't go unnoticed.

The answer lies in knowing who the big buyer(s) were if there were any. Do 5% owners have to report? Wouldn't that be roughly 1 million shares?

I hope your suggestion that perhaps this was a design by Warp to amplify their detachment from Mr. Banks is correct, but I'm not sure how they would have pulled that off since the news release was from Hewlett Packard. Warp couldn't influence the timing of their release.

It is all interesting but I hope it is all meaningless at the same time. While I share the doubts of others here, I am comfortable with holding to see how it all pans out since I recovered (luckily) my original investment by selling roughly 1/3 after the price tripled.

Meanwhile, waiting for this gorilla to roar (if that's what they do).....
