All you longs have me to thank. I wrote covered calls today on the august 35's, so of course the stock goes up. I still, think that a great amount of Apple's current run-up in expectation of higher earnings has ALREADY been priced into the market.

Even if Apple were to report .50 or better, it will take an absolute blockbuster for the stock to maintain momentuum after earnings are reported.

Check back to the price action before and after the last few quarters. Even after blowing away estimates, there was no corresponding blockbuster move.

I am quite happy to take one for the team here. If Apple spikes to the $40 range, they can have my shares, and i'll take my profit.

My gut tells me we will test and even break through $35, but will be pinned below for options expiration.
