Dear Steve: Generally, TAVA goes in and does an assessment. Based upon the results of that assessment they draw up a contract to make the remediation. So far, we are told that they have never failed to recieve the remediation contract after the assessment phase. I havent gone back and looked at the press release to see just what is involved this time around. I was merely pointing out that they must feel competent to do "Smart" building work. JDN
