This thread is an open forum for learning. Please feel free to make any constructive criticism or observation. After all, you've been to my seminar and now I completely trust your judgement. Once in a while I miss something and since there's now over 100 of us that speak the same TA language (nice circle to be in, eh?) it's in the best interest of all involved to hear any honest opinion. We're all counting on each other.
