IBD's Computer Security Software group was 30 out of 197 yesterday. It had been at 79 10 days ago and 114 2 months ago, so the sector is dramatically improving. Remember back in March it got to 3 to 5 for about 1 month. IMO, the sector offers real values and will come back with a vengeance, particularly as investors realize the companies have 40 to 60% sales growth and 30 to 50% earnings growth for years to come and that they either make it on their own, or they are acquired by other non-security firms that are itching to get in the market so they can offer one-stop services. If these potential acquirors did not make offers with the recent slump in stock prices, then they'll have to pay much higher prices after this quarter's reporting is over. I've been increasing my portfolio and diversifying during the slump.
