Well Tom, the problem is that we don't know enough of the details of the transaction. Once the conversion takes place, they (the holders) might hang onto the the stock or sell it immediately or spaced out over a period of time. They might have shorted against it which would create another scenario. I believe (as I mentioned to Pierre) there is already a controlled stock sale going on and that's yet another piece of the puzzle that we have no knowledge of. In short, I have no idea what to expect other than a slow erosion of the price until or unless major dollars start flowing into the company.

I know many will not agree with me but I still think the most recent stock dump was a result of the company's estimation of revenue flow. The 2.2-million dollar revenue number was bandied about many times and now it seems they will fall far short of that for this fiscal year. You can argue that they are still doing well but revenue shortfalls in this business are killers and can be witnessed each day when major companies announce earnings and don't meet expectations. They get killed. There is no mercy in the investment business. We look at these start-up companies a bit differently but the same underlying evaluation takes place among investors. And that's my two cents worth.
