The 1,850,000 lawsuite was what ARET used to get out of Chapter 11. The lawsuite gave them the cash that they needed and to get out of chapter 11 and removed about 2,000,000 in debt owed to the other party.

Still... from $10,000 to 137,000 in 5 years with no new money is not bad at all wouldn't u say?
