No particular significance to the Form T. I just wanted to identify the trade. Form T is where "irregular" trades are reported, including those found under that pastrami sandwich at the end of the day, and (some?) after-hours trades. The volume is more significant - 150K at the top-tick. A "gapper" is a stock that opens in the morning at a higher price than it closed at the night before. I expect we will all see what a "gapper" is in the morning. :)
