Microcap & Penny Stocks : Pharmos(PARS) -- Ignore unavailable to you. Want to Upgrade?

Ariella, good post. I wanted to add that PARS suffers not merely from not having good news to announce at the moment. It also suffers from being a biotech. Other biotechs with recently launched products are suffering the same fate: i.e. attrition of share price in the face of new products being rolled out into the market place.

People might want to take a look at COB and CORR: similar story, same eroding share price in each case. PARS, COB and CORR each suffer from one other fatal defect in this market place: They are small caps struggling in a market that recognizes mainly large caps and internet related stocks.

So what to do? In my opinion, nothing. The stock market moves in fads and cycles. Both are against PARS at the moment. But when that changes (or if PARS does announce some good news) the stock could move up quickly. In the meantime, just think of yourself as paying your dues to the capital gains
god, so that when the stock finally pushes through to new high ground you'll be able to sell and pay taxes at the more favorable long term tax rate..
