re: geac board members according to last years mgmt proxy circular, geac's board members are: bill nelson, steve sadler, warren culpepper, reid drury, albert gnat, don webster (who has since passed away), and charles jones. so michael cowpland is no longer on the board. i am not sure if they have replaced don webster. re nasdaq, thanks for your input. i too was at the agm last year and heard nelson express his opinion on a nasdaq listing. reading all the comments suggesting a possible listing, i wondered if geac had changed it's position and made a statement on it. i haven't seen anything official.
