Hey guys. Never thought I would make it to the SI RMBS thread. Please ignore my silly nick; I was in a jovial mood while signing up for the trial offer.
I was in RMBS the 1st day after IPO at 30 and have accumulated since all under 40. I've been lurking here for months. I follow all the news carefully. Unfortunately, I dont know if I can add anything to the group. Im a big Ibexx and REH fan. Strong RMBS bulls.
It will be great to see RDRAM come on line next year. Hopefully, we (the shareholders) will get more logic IC users and system companies adopting the RMBS architecture. What are peoples thoughts concerning the networking space? I'm not too clear on this technically. If TXN has the thunderswitch II evolve successfully, will systems companies like LU and CSCO adopt RMBS. There were some pretty awesome press releases awhile back demonstrating huge bandwidth capacity for Berkeley networks expone NT switch. Seems like this and the CPQ alpha plans truely demonstarte the power of real-world RMBS applications potential. Perhaps new switches/routers are on the drawing boards. :-)
