Bugsy-
I wonder why the company doesn't buy back shares at these depressed prices. Your post suggesting it made me remember that those shares issued were probably for almost 2/3 higher than current share price now..the latest private placement almost double what the stock price is now..this looks like a golden opportunity for company to buy back
a million or two million shares. If it is true,I was told a while ago
that IECS probably had one million in the bank. That was before the 1/2 million private placement. Two million shares at these prices would only cost 1/2 million dollars..guess if they bought back a lot the prices wouldn't be at these levels.
I wonder if the latest pp had to do with a possible impending contract for crr division.
This really does look like a good time to average down.
When the Asia economies recover, corn prices and hog prices should recover. These depressed prices might be providing a golden opportunity for the company. By the time the prices recover, the company should have worked out all the glitches and probably will have secured unconditional approval for their product. Possibly they will have also locked in deals with suppliers of high ratio waste products, since there is little competition now.
The future looks quite rosey I am guessing even the stock price looks so incredibly dismal..
I hope the silence is broken soon..otherwise the stock price could even look more dismal.
