Do you know when the earnings will be released? Where do you expect the price to be? Thanks in advance.

Hello Michael and All:
What is your experience with SEC ordered trading halts?

I am amazed action has not yet occurred against Zitel and interests for the numerous material misrepresentations made by Zitel and interests. I am supposing a shareholder suit would be largely an effort to recover and redistribute zero--therefore it won't happen.

Another way for the authorities to deal with those issues would be to halt trading. Certainly that would discount the stock. But does it usually mean the stock goes to liquidation value immediately? or what?

Now ZITL strikes me as becoming riskier from the legal footing, now and going forward, than it was from the hype and manipulations of the past. Intuition-- I do not know of any legal action, but it is far, far overdue. In my view, the risks of holding ZITL ( in priority) are legal, stock manipulations, going concern, then products. I weight these maybe 40, 30, 20, and 10.
Best regards,
m
