Neenny, Thank you for your gentle and effective reprimand. I esteem Grant highly. I am moved by the unfeigned humitlity and simplicity of his message. Your words and Grant's private communication made me realize that I should have communicated with him privately. I would now like to tell you why I chose to correct this small and seemingly insignificant misuse of a word, I hope my explanation takes nothing away from your spiritual discernment. The confusion of the two words is part of deliberate ploy by Zionist to obscure the distinction between the authentic Old Testament Temple religion of Judaism and the modern talmudic based Judaism of modern Israel. Old Testament Temple Judaism was a religion ordained of God and established for the the hand picked nation of Israel. These ancient Israelites were God's People chosen as both a school of instruction in righteouness as well as a nation to bring forth Jesus as the SEED of Abraham. Israelite in the Old and New Test. has a very distinct ethnic and religious meaning. Ethnically, it meant a person with Abraham genes but spiritually it meant one with Abaraham's Faith. This was the reality under the Old Covenant or Old Test. Under the New Covenant or New Testament, an Israelite is one who has the faith of Abraham--or a Christian. Under the New Testament the disctinction between physical and spiritual Israelites is erased and we have only spiritual Israelites or sons of God. This concept is clearly expressed in the New Testament in Romans 2:28: For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: 29: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. Rom. 2 The Holy Spirit says it this way in Galatians 3:28: There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. 29: And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. The Lord summarizes this New Testament concept of Israel in Philippians 3: 3: For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh. -------------------------------------- In conclusion, the distinction in that little word Israel relfects one small battle in a spiritual war between the true Christian Israelites and the Zionist Israeli impostors. The confusion of the two terms is the confusion of light and darkness. A true Jew or Israelite under the New Covenant is one who has faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. A false Jew or Israeli under the New Covenant is one who puts their trust in a man made and false religion and rejects Jesus as the Son of God.
