Thanks Tom... BICO will have to ship thousands of confirmed orders to bring in more than 10 million dollars... My understanding is that each one has to be personally calibrated... There is a lot more involved than shipping toasters... Does BICO have the staff overseas to handle this? Jim

Tom, As I understand the delisting procedure,NASDQ has to notify the company (X-time?) prior to delisting.. Has this taken place with BICO? Also, even though the company has been notified there is still a "grace" period that they/NASDQ allow ( to hit the minimum price level) prior to the actual "delisting" happening. As I understand it all this takes up quite a lot of time.. If I'm not mistaken???? Do we /or any of us on the thread know what has transpired so far in respect to this issue? TJG
