Retrieving the article might be a problem, but I recall only last month reading where China has arranged to have "lawyers and judges" trained here in the U.S. The impression I got was that this is to begin very soon. I am not certain of, and the article did not indicate, the status of the individuals to be trained (e.g. "sitting" judges).

Maybe someone else has a line on this.

Cannot say that I am familiar with the company. I am sitting tight with what I have and most likely will not be looking for new
investment opportunities until the market shows signs of sustained
recovery.

That doesn't mean there are no bargains now. I'm confident there are
some. My personal situation is covered by the old saying: "money
breeds money." Right now, I'm sort of low on "seeds". <bg>

Regarding ongoing reform..sure it will take some time. You don't think
our court system started out as messed up as it is now, do you? To
create such a huge bureaucratic monster takes a lot of time. <g>
