Interactive Telesis is a totally different company than they were in 1996 when they implemented their last reverse split. At that time they had no contracts, had little cash flow and they were just trying to survive. In 1998 they have hundreds of thousands of dollars of revenues coming in each quarter (and growing by the month) and they are now just profitable. Their outstanding share numbers, while not miniscule, are not unbearable at between 26 and 29 million shares. This company should be able to grow and prosper without a reverse split. And if they ever get the capital to do what I hope they do, buy shares back, we will see $4.00 and NASDAQ eligibility in no time.
