To all: Just got back to the US after visiting Hong Kong, Mainland China and Japan. Despite the region's financial setbacks, the future of the telephony technology is just being tapped. Our tour guide in Canton related how information can no longer be controlled by Peking. On the subway trains in Hong Kong everyone is carrying a cellular phone from school kids on up. It is comical to watch a dozen people all at once reach for their pocket cell phones when one rings. Obviously I wasn't thrilled to see that FTEL's stock price has been paddling in place below 3 dollars a share, but found Frank Peter's commentary to be most encouraging. Also found ValueSpec's comments to be somewhat conciliatory, a pleasant change. As always, however, it is most reassuring to find the reasons for investing in FTEL to remain intact. Let's not get too shortsighted when there is a bigger picture to view.
