Thank you kindly for your response regarding LEAPS. I was somewhat taken back by a recent post of yours...you mentioned how AMAT pre-announced, did not go anywhere near 26...should have a p/s ration in the 1 range...are we at the bottom. Why fight Mr Market...

Your post has made me realize that we are all frustrated with the performance of AMAT. While we would all love it to soar (in time), most threaders are waiting for a drop in price that may never come. I'm losing patience and am thinking of either the Jan 40's or 30's (2000); perhaps I'll have a better idea after INTC posts earnings today. But then again, with all the speculation in the market, Oct looming in the not to distant backround...I just don't know. Perhaps the 2000 would be a good trading vehicle right now (I did well with these in the last run AMAT had to 40, but I must say my timing was damn lucky). Sorry I am not more help as a threader, but I value the insights & opinions you post. I again thank you.
