I have been long VVUS 15,000 shares for longer than I usually hold stocks...I agree that under 15.00 would be a bargain. I am simply sharing (Bay Area)street info with the thread.

1> AZA has the ability to issue 1 share for every 5 or 6 of VVUS. the market cap on AZA is 16 times the market cap of VVUS!

2> No chance...ALZA was the company that VVUS was launched from...these guys go way back. To keep it in the family is not a no chance scenario.

I would love to see a higher price from anyone (J&J,etc). I think my info is pretty solid.
