As I expected, I was attacked and called names for voicing REAL concerns. I've found quality investors welcome contrary opinions. No, I havent been burned in non-reporting bb stocks like I'm sure Del has. I dont get paid to tout stocks like I'm sure one or more of you here do. I prefer not to invest in companies that hire not one but TWO expensive, agressive, truth-streching PR firms. The vast majority of stocks under $3 do NOT give earnings estimates PERIOD let alone for YEARS out. Anything can happen and quality companies dont tout themselves like that. Say Yes foods did at $5-5.50 and recently traded below $1. They are one company that spent like TGSK does on promotion. An 80% loss in the bull market of a lifetime is nothing to sneeze at. The thing you folks dont realize is these bb stocks come public for ONE reason.... so the owners can sell to less informed folks. Look up SEXI. Notice how they spent on PR. Notice no insider sell reports or 13-d's filled yet the president is behind bars and shareholders lost everything. From over $5 to a penny or less. PELT touted itself. Then the FBI arrested the chairman for GIVING stock to brokers who sold it. That one went from $5 to pennies too. They were reporting though. You could SEE them stealing from you. Ask Del about reporting bb stocks . They can still lose most of their value. Reputable companies (and a few disreputable ones) go public to raise capital. They are called IPO's. Disreputable ones (and an honest one every now and then) go public the way TGSK did. Please dont sell your stock because of me. I'm merely telling you what I think is a VERY real possibility . This non-reporting bb stock is hiding something. Truth be told....well its not...thats why its called NON-REPORTING. What kind of company doesnt know what assets and liabilities they have ? Whats so hard about an audit ? How long have these folks gone with nobody doing their books ? They knew they were going to merge why didnt they work on this stuff before ? Its been my experience (and I've watched and warned folks on a LOT of these kind), that bb stocks that spend a LOT on trying to get you to buy their stock are not worth buying. Oh well. I wish the sincere folks the best of luck. Dont believe the garbage about short-sellers and manipulation. Sure bb stocks are shorted...WITH GOOD REASON. Those shorting them (market makers) have seen HUNDREDS just like it....and cleaned up on most every one. Sure the SEC is investgating the short sellers. Thats what they said about OVIS at $4. It's been worthless since Dec. Ominous paralells....if you'd only open your eyes. Its your $$. I'm not asking you to buy a stock. I make NOTHING either way. I do think you have much better odds at Roulette. Place it all on red or black. PLEASE DONT SELL BECAUSE OF ME !!!!!!!! Maybe next time one of these comes along, you'll look up at your worthless certificate (if I'm right) and perhaps think twice. Frame those certificates boys. Its expensive paper. Again, good luck. Notice I'm not calling any of you names like the touters here. Hmmmm. Wonder who gets paid for their opinion ? Personally, I think Brodway is less than honest with you folks. Its intentional misdirection.....slight of hand imo. Over and out for now. As I said, only 3 posts per day ! Whats wrong with trying to save my fellow man a few bucks ?
