John G, First, I've been in SFAM since the IPO, so I am not wounded by a loss of significance that would cause me to act viscerally. Second, you an't quote parts of Carl Johnson without considering the whole IMHO. Third, while the discussion re AMAT and SFAM is absolutely relevant to this thread, I have just chosen not carry it on with you on this thread at this time. I will gladly entertain questions on my viewpoint, but do not like the tone of your posting. Thus, I choose not to get caught up in an emotionally driven debate which has brought other threads to their demise. I would rather go "black." Nothing personal intended here - which is why, if you'd like, I will continue this privately with you if you so desire. I mean this in all sincerity. i am glad you picked another stock that you are happy with. ASYT is a good company and look forward to buying some when there are that 300mm fabs will start going up. While I might disagree with a host of your contentions re ASYT, I would rather leave that for the ASYT thread. I wish you much luck in your investments.....SemiBull
