Marty, I read it the same way. The strategic placement of new key personnel, web site development and CCI's trademarks, musiccards, etc. for a royalty payment of 1% of NET income from internet sales is a steal. This should not delay the site launch at all although I will be asking that question when I get a response on beta testing the site. The Music Site part of it potentially just got better. And then there is still all of the other good stuff in the teleservices end of things. Deals should be rolling in toward the end of summer. Beebs - we missed you. Welcome Back........Norms
