...nobody has any faith in this co.....if news of an announcement leaks, it wont generate buying till right before, maybe a day is my guess...the wild card is also how does the mkt react to the news...remember way back when el salv was in negotiations, far less shares out, so deal is not as big....however, it puts the co on the map with bigger players, and buries all this "scam" garbage once and for all...yes it is very close....and germany warming up in the bullpen...
