Gary,

I read Russell's reply just the opposite, that there will be a secondary offering soon. Now that the SI deal has closed, I'd guess they are probably working on the documents right now, and I'd look for a secondary sometime after Labor Day and before Thanksgiving.

I agree with you that a secondary will be beneficial for the company, filling up the cash coffers and increasing liquidity of the stock.
