Mark Skousen is who originally alerted me to ALTIF, now maybe a year ago (?). His latest newsletter (July issue) says that Altair under $8 is a bargain, and he urges those who bought at $13-14 to hold on in anticipation of a turnaround. I have not checked this week's Skousen hotline yet. <For lurkers, it is important to note that Mark Skousen is not a trader or even a short-term hold type person. He recommends something to hold for the intermediate term. As such, his recommendations may not be as "exciting" as many here on SI are use to.>
