A few posts back someone posted a press release regarding Security First and IVR. Posters were quick to point out that IVR is not new and almost every financial services company offers. I worked for T. Rowe Price for awhile recordkeeping and administering 401(k) plans. A lot of plans are requiring that when a participant calls the 800 number they go directly to the IVR. They can elect to speak to a live representative at anytime by pressing a certain number. This is no different that when you call any business or governmental agency. IVR is everywhere. I'm in a position now where I can review all of the 401(k) service providers and the services they offer. They all have IVR capabilities and use it for everything from communicating mutual fund closing prices to obtaining a loan. I guess the point I'm trying to make is that the Fidelity's, T. Rowe Price's, and Vanguard's of the world have MILLIONS of participants in 401(k) plans and I'm sure they get tens of thousands (if not hundreds of thousands) of calls into the IVR daily. This is a huge market if they can somehow get an in. I guess it all comes down to how competitive TSIS's costs would be to managing it internally. It just goes to show that the market is virtually unlimited. The more Fortune 500 companies that sign on the easier it will be for TSIS to grow. Of course this is my opinion only.

Good luck,
Bill
