This was exactly my point, we are not sure who is in charge. This seems to be an ongoing problem with NAXOS. At the annual meeting there has to be a clear direction set with a very clear management team. For shareholders not to know who is in charge is ridiculous and is an extremely poor reflection on the company!

Mark and all, lets quit dancing around this issue and discuss your real concern. Which is: what is fair and honest compensation for the respective positions and what are the requirements or milestones they must achieve to get their maximum compensation.
