Diamond, I think your right in the conventional sense of the term. But I view the Street as the mass of unknown individual players and private CFP's, money managers, and certain pension funds. Bottom line: " they " are selling like crazy over $40! Merrill, Goldman, DLJ, Sanford and many other big brokerage houses are not the big sellers here. Who is selling?
