Phil, Oct '98 for SYCR to file. I think they will file chapter 11 too, just don't know when. As to QDEK, I am seroiusly thinking of that one. They have a good bit of cash on hand and some decent products. It seems they have a good cash flow but the spending in house is out of control. Think it may be fixable. Yes, very risky play but they have come out of this before. Any comments? Chris

Oh, pretty slick, picking the month that the $1m loan is due. I scoff at your prognostication. There will be some negotiations for a while when the due date comes and goes. Chapter 11 filing will be in Oct. '98. Can I pick up my winnings now, or do I have to wait until then?
