Evening Colin....and Good Morning to all the rest....yes this is terrific news...and man, from outer space....I didn't have any idea about this deal!!!...there was some hint over at the "bull" about some land...but I thought it would be a little more about the property they already had in Houston from the last couple of releases....WOW...what a connection.....they're building quite a portfolio of property in the Houston area. The acquired a real estate company MPI, has a net book value of $2,500,000 ......wonder what the new numbers are for EDII now???????.....hehehehe glad I'm not a shorter, a shorter, a shorter.....tralalalala
