Apropos Of Nothing In Particular...

Just read an article (didn't snag the link) about how Netscape
has built a site-finding and directory-listing search engine right into
its new BROWSER.

The article also pointed out their arrangement with XCIT and
how this new browser capability will enable NSCP to find sites
without the help of XCIT... thus... sort of undercutting the deal
IMHO.

I wonder, hindsight being 20/20, if one of the stickiing points
of the NSCP/SEEK negotiation might have had something to do
with this LIMITED, but interesting new browser capability. BTW,
SEEK itself has a technology in the works that could be built
into various browsers.

Oh, well... just idle speculation...

Best Regards, True SEEKers,

c m

What's wrong with this stock? All the other internet stocks are bidding up and SEEK is just sitting there. No interest.

With earnings coming out next Tuesday I would expect at least some movement in the share price especially since Yahoo showed a profit. It's about time Infoseek shares in the internet frenzy even Netscape had it's day.
