From their PR, they talk about "a line of credit". That is borrowing to me, but I am dutch. At first I tought it was a PP, but now it got to me, it was a credit line. I agree it could be dangerous, but depending on the terms of the contract of course.

If a few month's not paying would be dangerous I wouldn't like it. Better wait until the stock moves higher and use cash for improvement.
Still it is amazing USPS did accomplish the financing that way. Glad I have some shares, probably should buy some more before to long.

Exiting times, have some GPGI from the moment Ron Struthers recommended it a long time (two years?)ago, always kept it. Liked the low key management style.
