Tape must be slow. I sold half when it was bouncing between 79 and 79,50 and got filled @ 78.50----sure enough, a minute later it was @ 78.50 now 79.50 again. So the ticks are running late. Last minute downside. I'm not certain what that means.....the ETH close off from the highs? If that's what you meant, I think it was just Globex traders squaring off before the RTH open. It still had to gap open, the ETH traders just wanted to step aside....best guess. You see the same thing happen often during RTH. An unusual intraday move often gets countered somewhat late in the last bracket.
