Datek how can I thank you?

7/14 AM: Entered a sell order DELL Lmt. 1k/108.375. No response from the server. Entered mkt. Order on different server. No response.
Finally was able to sell and confirm at 106 875.(-1.5X1k)

7/14 PM Entered order to buy SRCM Lmt. 500k/24.375. Server not responding. Tried Mkt. Order on different server a few minutes later.
No response. SRCM was later halted and resumed at 33.5 and went up to 36.5 (500sX9.125)

Called Datek 4 times today which is a repeat of last week. Same scenario. They act as if nothings wrong. After 2 years with Datek I'm closing my accounts. MBT next stop.

Rene and all,
Just read your post first. Were any got scammed buying eggs on July 14 using market order at 10:14:59 or some short period around that?
I put a market order when the trade shown eggs at 14, Datek executed late nearly 6 min. later and I BOUGHT AT 15 5/8?
A phone call did not solve the problem. What should I do?
