Do not think it is that simple, market makers must sign forms saying they have reviewed the condition of the company and are satisfied that the company is o kay both from a financial point of view and general business point of view. one of the big things I see is the fact that there is no report to back up the may 22 release. This release has been questioned by the SEC thus how does an MM sign on and say everything is fine until they see at least a synopsis of the report.

Re qualifying for the TSE etc. there is not in my opinion an exchange in Canada that will touch this one at this point in time. Example had that release been put out in Canada the stock would still be held pending the report and probably third party verification.

Even the sleezy Vancouver exchange would have halted the trading based on the release of May 22.

Above based on no fact just my opinion.
