" Altair may proceed independently with an engineering contractor or form an alliance with a large resource company."
Now, go back and look at the pre-feasability study and notice how many times in the independent study that the name Dupont is mentioned.
Keep in mind who has been successfully testing the jig at their Florida sands plant........... Dupont

The above is pure speculation. TZMI wrote the pre-feasability report. They do not know anything about any possible deals and also they are not in the business of giving hints.

DuPont is successfully testing the CJ? If that is so, can you explain why Altair continues to have zero revenues.

This reporting to SEC stuff is an useless effort. You are only wasting your time. For ALTIF's stock price to go up - Altair must remove all doubts of the efficacy of the CJ by showing significant revenues. So far what we have seen is only a story.

I have legitimate reasons for being skeptical.

Altair bought the technology few years back for a fraction of the current market cap (surely the sellers knew the true potential?).
Have you looked at how much Altair spends on Research and development? It is minimal - they are not making any significant developments. If this technology is really so marvellous - why aren't companies lining up to buy the CJ? Some years have passed and the revenues are still at $0.

Best of luck with your investment.

Regards.
