The most likely answer is that they are acting as principal on the trade and can, by the rules, take as much as a 5% markup/markdown on the transaction. Since they have to report both sides of the trade they show the price above/offer...below/bid. It's legal and done all of the time.

You remember how you responded to me about my earlier post regarding mm's manipulation? Your cynical response is your answer now. Go back and read my post and your response. I can spell and I can articulate. I didn't respond to you then when you insinuated my ignorance, 'cause I knew a day will come when you will probably wonder about this issue I raised. After you finish reading those posts, check my profile. I got nothing to hide and also check all my posts to date on my ability to spell and articulate. This is now my response to you at a proper time to that message you posted me back then. Don't even bother to post me again, cause I will now ignore you like I did then.
