The most likely answer is that they are acting as principal on the trade and can, by the rules, take as much as a 5% markup/markdown on the transaction. Since they have to report both sides of the trade they show the price above/offer...below/bid. It's legal and done all of the time.

I can spell and I can articulate. I didn't respond to you then when you insinuated my ignorance, 'cause I knew a day will come when you will probably wonder about this issue I raised. After you finish reading those posts, check my profile. I got nothing to hide and also check all my posts to date on my ability to spell and articulate.
