Since the company is not in any type of default with regard to there filings (legally) I believe they have other priorities such as contracting a firm to do the third party verification.

Order of importance in my opinion

1 third party verification and paper work related to same.

2 getting back on otc.

what do people think of the notion that the MMs aren't going to do anything to get MINE back on the BB unless/until the SEC has relented? Might the SEC want to use their threats as their most effective way of ensuring that MINE is appropriately intimidated so as not issue more press releases the SEC might deem too optimistic?
