Answer to the MSFT question. People who understood the intellectual laziness of the Federal Court system and the language of the original consent decree. Reagan era judges do not believe in having the government tell the private sector what products to build and how to build them. The Fall case should be more interesting since it involves anti-trust issues and not the infamous consent decree.
