From the Notes to the vanished financials once available at EDII's website: Also in April 1998, EDII signed a letter of intent to acquire an 81% interest in Intile Designs, Inc., ("Intile") by purchasing 25,000,000 shares of newly issued stock in Intile for $2,000,000. This purchase is expected to be financed by bank borrowings. Intile markets and resells commercial and residential ceramic tile products. The purchase is expected to close in the second quarter of 1998.
