David, I don't think it's over yet.

MDIN still has cards to play, although they've been holding them for a long time. If they're going to show their hand, now's the time. From what I've heard, they're about ready to show SOMETHING. Of course, we've heard that before, so a "show me" response is perfectly appropriate.

I'm not ready to fold just yet, and neither are the big shareholders.

It ain't over til it's over. There is still a chance albeit a small one. But I wouldn't be long MDIN until the trucks start dumping ore at ENAMI's doorstep and you can get some sense of production numbers. Sure, you'd miss the easy money (to .50+) but there would be a long way to go from there. And less risk of total loss, which is VERY possible. I'll keep watching for a sign from above.
