Here's the relevant quote:

"AN ADDED JOY of e-mail: fewer face-to-face meetings.

Two-thirds of executives say e-mail has cut back on the need for business meetings, according to a survey by A.T. Cross Co., a Lincoln, R.I., maker of writing instruments. Nine out of 10 say it has reduced the need for paper correspondence and improved productivity overall. Roger Mincheff, president of Zulu Interactive, an El Segundo, Calif., Internet-advertising concern, can give an e-mail order and review responses "at my convenience," he says."

OK, so now we have yet another name - Zulu Interactive - (can't these guys settle on a name?) to play with. And we know that Mincheff likes to give orders but doesn't like to give them in person.

(I had to read that poor-written sentence several times to figure it out. At first, I thought it was referring-to "sales orders", but it makes more sense that it means orders to his employees.)

This is a two-paragraph "filler" article reporting the results of this survey. The second paragraph goes on to say that about half of executives say that they still attend too many meetings, and that e-mail is limited by it's impersonal nature (which Mincheff seems to love, though.) It also says that 6% of executives take notes at meetings to "make it look like they are listening". :) And this is why they should buy a Cross pen?
